advisory experts

The Gynecological Cancer Awareness Project panel of experts are from fields related to causes supported by GCAP.  We are proud to have these individuals on our team to further our mission of helping women battling gynecological cancers.

"GCAP has grown beyond my wildest dreams. It is my passion to help women with gynecological cancers in NM and to educate as many people as possible about the signs and symptoms of these cancers because the key to survival is prevention and early detection.

Over the years, as an oncology nurse, I have cared for many, many inspiring women but I will never forget the woman, Kay Haney, PhD, who planted the seed in my mind to take the leap of faith into the unknown world of philanthropy and charity. Building GCAP has  been an unexpected, amazing - and at times - difficult journey but to be able to give a helping hand or a supportive ear to women battling cancer makes every minute worth it!"
